This module can control the DMM function on your DSO

get_value()

Get the DMM’s measurement result.

Returns:

The measurement value, ‘OL’ or ‘-OL’.

Is DMM’s state on?

Set DMM hold off.

Set DMM hold on.

Set max/min function off.

Set max/min function on.

set_mode_ACA()

Set DMM’s mode as ACA

Set DMM’s mode as ACV

Parameters:

range (int or str) – Set measurement range as 5,50,750 or AUTO

set_mode_ACmA(range=None)

Set DMM’s mode as ACmA

Parameters:

range (float or str) – Set measurement range as 0.5,0.05 or AUTO

set_mode_ACmV(range=None)

Set DMM’s mode as ACmV

Parameters:

range (float or str) – Set measurement range as 0.5,0.05 or AUTO

Set DMM’s mode as DCA

Set DMM’s mode as DCV

Parameters:

range (int or str) – Set measurement range as 5,50,500,1000 or AUTO

Parameters:

range (int or str) – Set measurement range as 50,500,5000,50000,500000,5000000,50000000 or AUTO

set_mode_temperature(type: str | None = None, units: str | None = None, sim: float | None = None)

Set DMM’s mode as temperature

Parameters:
  • type (str) – TYPEB, TYPEE, TYPEJ, TYPEK, TYPEN, TYPER, TYPES, TYPET

  • units (str) – The unit of temperature display. C or F.

  • sim (float) – Set the measurement temperature.
